Aubrey Fife is a ceramic artist raised in Palo Alto, California, and currently attends college at UC Berkeley. In the spring of 2025, she will graduate with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art Practice and Molecular & Cell Biology. She investigates the impact of physical health issues on body image through both ceramic sculpture and functional pottery. She aims to address issues such as mental health, women’s patient care, and the emotional experiences of those struggling to find comfort and acceptance in their bodies. She is currently working on a series of abstracted human organ sculptures to be installed in an upcoming show at UC Berkeley’s Worth Ryder Art Gallery in May. Alongside her studies, she volunteers in Art Therapy at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Oakland and is a design editor for the Berkeley Scientific Journal.
